We offer a variety of homes, townhouses and cabins
located in the Heart of the Black Hills.

Most cabins are within 15 minutes to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, the 1880 Train and Custer State Park.
Some are near or adjacent to snowmobile trails
for winter getaways.

FULL SEASON rates apply from May 21, 2009 through September 6, 2009.
OFF-SEASON rates are effective September 2, 2008 through May 20, 2009 and September 8, 2009 through May 27, 2010.

A major credit card is necessary to secure your reservations.
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER.
A processing fee of 3% is charged for all transactions. We will waive this transaction fee for any reservation paid in full by check, cash or traveler's checks.
Holiday and special events reservations are
non-refundable.

MOST CABINS REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
FROM MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY.

All UNITS ARE EQUIPPED WITH TV, VCR & DVD,
MICROWAVE, OUTDOOR GRILL
AND PRIVATE PHONE LINE.

Kitchens have dishes, silverware, cookware,
coffee pots and toasters.
All units are furnished with towels and linens.

Check out time is 10:00 A.M. We can usually guarantee check-in by 2:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. in most cabins.

We are licensed for lodging only.
Tents and campers are not allowed on most of our properties.

Please keep in mind that we are not an "off the road" business.
99% of our reservations are taken months in advance
and it is difficult for us to fill cancelled reservations.
You will be given cancellation or changes deadlines
when you make your reservation.
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that an emergency
causes you to cancel or shorten the reservation commitment
you have made, your deposit is nonrefundable
if after the cancellation deadline.

In good faith, we will make every effort to re- book
your cabin and if we are able to do so in it's entirety,
we will gladly refund your deposit.
The more prior notice we are given, the better
the chance we will have to re- book the dates cancelled.

We have a minimum of a 1 month cancellation period during the off season, and we require 2 months notice of cancellation during the peak summer season.
(This includes days deleted from your reservations.)
All cancellations are assessed a $35.00 fee.

A private phone number will be given to you
at the time of making your reservations.
Please notify friends and family who may need
to reach you during your vacation as we are unable
to connect to these units from our reservations line.

Do not count on your cell phone as your source for communication while you are here in the Black Hills.

All cabins are located in the National Forest
Service Fire Protection District.
Fireworks, bonfires and fire pits are prohibited.

The cabins accommodate only the number of people as listed, including children of all ages.
We do not allow more than the listed number of people to congregate on the property at any one time.

No pets allowed in any cabin from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

All of our cabins are licensed by the South Dakota Department of Health. We comply with Department of Revenue and local zoning ordinances to assure the best quality for our guests.

WHAT'S HAPPENING?
In addition to the unlimited number of great attractions close to Hill City, plan to spend a little time with us and take part in one of these great local events!

July 3 - Fireworks at Mt. Rushmore
See the annual Mt. Rushmore fireworks display from the comfort of the 1880 Train. Reserve in advance -605-574-2222. Leave Hill City at 7:30pm and travel to the viewing area. Champagne or soda will be served on the train. Once there you will de-board the train, have a deluxe picnic box and view the fireworks. Fireworks are viewed from the side of Mt. Rushmore, approximately 1-2 miles from the memorial.
July 4 - 1880 Train
Shoot out schedule 1:15 departure.
July 25th - The Alice Smith Flower Show
Categories include annuals, perennials, potted specimens, arrangements, table settings and children's division. Organized by the Evergreen Garden Club.
August 1-8 Biker's Breakfast with the Senior Citizens
Lots of food and friendly entertainment. All you can eat breakfast. You don't have to be a Biker!
August 8th & 9th - Tucker Day
Special needs children from around the area can participate in events tailored to their physical limitations.
August 8th 6:00 - 10:00pm
Barbeque and Cowboy Music by campfires, hay rides.
August 9th 9:00 to 11:00am Rodeo Entry and Preactivies, Kid's games and entertainment.
11:00 to 3:00 Special Needs Rodeo
August 15-24 - Primal Quest
Co-ed teams of four will race without support crews through the Badlands and the Black Hills. Athletes will spelunk in cave systems and test their climbing abilities. Racers will traverse many miles of single track in the mountain biking sections. Teams will run with herds of buffalo and share the trail with deer, prairie dogs, turkeys, elk and big horn sheep.
